@GWRHelp I’m on the 20.48 to Swansea. Yet again a train that should have 10 carriages has 5 and there is standing room only. Last time I stood till Bristol, this time to Swindon. Why won’t you offer a refund? I’ve paid for a seat.

Completed the Newport Marathon this weekend in a time of 3:14 At nearly 46 years old, I now have a time that is good enough to enter for the Boston Marathon. This is a life goal and I am very happy. ❤️
