Sharing a swastika image is protected speech under US law.

Asked about Kanye's suspension, Musk says he did it because the swastika image was an incitement of violence, and suggests that it was a violation of US law. Swastikas are obviously problematic symbols, but I'm not aware that sharing them is a violation of any US law.

@Shoey49 @lawindsor @AmericanAir I am very satisfied. They essentially work by using other iPhones to report their location. So, if the bag is left in TN, you will be able to track its location while in FL. Given the ubiquitousness of iPhones, it’s rare to not get an updated location.

I took a flight in from BNA this am on @AmericanAir, and the baggage drop was egregiously backed up. Looking at the pile up, I JUST KNEW my bags were going to be delayed despite priority... Sure enough 1 of the 2 was. I landed at 11 am. Nearly 12 hours later, still no bag... 1/2
