But, even if he dud say this years ago, I dont disagree with him. The NHS is a never ending pot of useless wasted money. By introducing a new reformed set up for the original plan. "Free at the point of use/need" and an affordable insurance it would not only free up vast amounts of money to get back to where we started but it would work more efficiently. So where is the problem?
