
Rolls-Royce Power Systems and ZF Friedrichshafen AG are developing the hybrid drive system for the future European MGCS tank (if it ever comes into being 🤔). Rolls-Royce Power Systems will be the general contractor for the 1,400 kW+ Powerpack with the 10V 199 MTU engine, while the ZF Friedrichshafen AG is developing the ZF eLSG 5000 electrified Powershift gearbox.
