“He should be in jail.” He will be, for 30 days. Rice will serve 5 years probation as well. He also paid the people he hit 115,000 dollars in medical expenses. (There were no serious injuries) He settled one lawsuit for 1 million, and another is still pending. Rice has been given a steep punishment, and will do his time. Everyone will overlook that and continue to hate the guy though.
