A M5.4 earthquake occurred near Lake Almanor (Plumas County) in northern California. Shaking reportedly felt 120 miles to the south in Sacramento. A quake of this size can potentially damage structures near the epicenter. CGS is monitoring this area. #earthquake

It was Mike Pence who finally stepped in and ordered the deployment of the DC National Guard and authorized the MD National Guard, volunteered by Gov. Larry Hogan, to assist.
He violated the law to do it, because the VP has no such authority until the 25th Amendment is invoked.
