@rothys I just had the most undesirable customer service experience in my life. It will lead me to never order another item from you again. I’m not even sure what that means and was never told “all sales final”.
@rothys your return policy is garbage. Warning to everyone, the consumer pays for their lack of clarity. The consumer is ALWAYS wrong according to their policies. Apparently that is Rothy’s ethos.
There’s bad customer service and then there’s @rothys which is hell. Just want to reroute an order to my new address. Why aren’t they helping? Because that is how they are. #NeverAgain
Really disappointed in @rothys. I wouldn’t suggest trying if U R unsure of size/fit/color or if you’ve never bought b4, the online arena may not be for you. I am a 7.5/8 & ordered 8. It’s too small & they refuse to exchange saying it’s a final sale item but it’s still on site.
Really disappointed in @rothys customer service. I have been a trusting customer for years, but no longer. My last pair shrank after following their care instructions, and they refused to replace them. I expected more from a brand I trusted. #customerdisservice
Just asked @rothys support why the thread is coming out of the heel and said this is “normal wear and tear”. Not willing to stand by their shoes sadly.
Pretty questionable quality for $150 sneakers.
But they did apologize that I was disappointed…so there’s that.
The worst thing about AI customer service chatbots is the inability to resolve issues expediently, and with discretion!

@ElijahRosenthal We don't currently carry wide widths at this time. If your foot is wider than a "B", we recommend ordering up a half size. Feel free to send us a dm if you need help with sizing!
@rothys i bought "the carryall" and the strap keeps getting unhooked... the slot at the sides of the bag seems too big that when i put the metal part of the strap it easily gets unhooked and many times almost wrecked my laptop inside... in chat with support right now and support guy is saying i put too much stuff in my bag... lol

@rothys I ordered shoes Nov 2 today is Nov 13 and they are showing as en route in Canada . Where are they shipped from.. Canada is a long way from here .
@rothys my order shipped within 2 days and now it’s 13 days later and I still don’t have the shoes. You should choose a better carrier because 2 weeks is insane in this day and time. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend with such a massive shipping time. I ordered for a trip!
@rothys went to your store at Disney Springs and wanted to purchase the lightweight zippered tote and have it shipped home. Somehow the associate charged me for a classic tote and when I found the mistake 3 hours later was told it was too late to cancel the order.
@rothys why pay for the space at @LibertyLondon when it is impossible to get served? I stood for over ten mins in there today and was ignored by the floor staff…. There were other customers looking for help there too… plus no prices on any pairs of footwear…
