@UPS I’m being told you will only attempt a delivery 1 time and then I have to pick it up. This is insane for a paid service. Your customer reps don’t listen to your customers when you call in and act like doing their job is an inconvenience. I can switch to another option needed

@rothys my order shipped within 2 days and now it’s 13 days later and I still don’t have the shoes. You should choose a better carrier because 2 weeks is insane in this day and time. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend with such a massive shipping time. I ordered for a trip!

@QuickBooks #QuickBooks @QuickBooks told me to go to my local DMV and ask for my check and they would give it to me. The customer service agents will boldface lie to you until you get mad and hang up. They waste your time until you hang up. This is a joke right?

Again @QuickBooks won’t help when they steal your money. I’ve been calling since October 4th and they will flat tell you that they won’t call you back. I’ve escalated the ticket more times than I can count. #dontusethem #scammers

@MassageEnvy The matter needs to be handled at a corporate level. I’ve spoken to all the management at the Titusville location. They can’t resolve how corporate charges a credit card for a membership. Who at corporate will listen to me?

@MassageEnvy They reached out and couldn’t resolve the issue because “it’s corporate policy”. So my issue is really with corporate. How about not passing the buck to the next person down and deal with the corporate issue.
