we need to normalize being in your 20’s and having 0 experience with love & relationships. you are not unloveable. you are not ugly. you are not broken. you are not a lost cause. not prioritizing romantic love isn’t embarrassing. it is never “too late”. take your time.

wake up early. hydrate with salt & electrolytes. delay caffeine. avoid sugar. get morning sunlight. finish your tasks. prioritize protein. lift weights. get outside. get sunlight. walk. breathe fresh air. pursue your passion. love your family. this is the way.

what you do in private, shows in public. reading shows in a conversation. your diet shows in energy. your discipline shows in confidence. your focus shows in your results. you are what you cultivate when no one is watching. prioritize your time & focus on discipline/consistency.

self-discipline is the highest form of self-love. master this moving into the new year. do the things you said you would do, stick to the routines you’ve built and keep evolving towards your best self.

my theory is : if you ever feel like you’re losing your spark, it means that you had it. you never lose what you never had. so, trace back your steps, get back your voice, reignite your spirit and come alive, again.

don’t invalidate people’s struggles because you’ve been through worse. if someone is tired after working for 5 hours and you worked for 7, it doesn’t mean that they’re not allowed to be tired. it doesn’t mean they can’t feel what they’re feeling just because you’ve had it worse.

i don’t know who needs to hear this but please remove age from your plans, it adds unnecessary pressure.

i saw a quote that said “it’s better to admit you went through the wrong door than to stay your whole life in the wrong room.” remember this, once you realize a relationship, location, or place is no longer for you, it is okay to leave & let go. accept reality, reflect & move on.

i hate how social media makes us forget that life has stages. it’s normal to be broke, to have broke friends or partners and yes it’s even normal to be unemployed at times. these are phases we all go through. some people are lucky enough to find good jobs at a young age and afford a certain lifestyle. others take longer and that’s perfectly okay. we need to stop comparing ourselves and start accepting our journey. i just want all of us to be at peace with where we are in life while still working and striving for better.
