Maybe your gut doesn’t need another supplement. Maybe it needs for you to stop hanging around assholes that stress you out all the time eating away your gut lining because of unrelenting chronic stress hormones.

Tinnitus isn’t just “ringing.” It’s often a signal of: – Mold exposure – Mitochondrial stress – Nervous system dysregulation Don’t cover it with sound machines. Address the root cause.

@stopchasingpain This is fully not true, doc. You never had my dads cooking when he was still with us. We all knew that rice he made would be a little weird. No saliva production here. Not to mention my inlaws food.. need to drink a glass of water to wake up my mouth just thinking of that. 😅

The digestive process starts as soon as you smell something. Smell initiates saliva and acid/enzyme production. It’s anticipating what comes next…food. Your ability to smell well impacts digestive health. Cranial nerves talk to each other.

The difference between academic knowledge and real world skills is vast. The more you’re in the trenches the more you learn; it rarely works like the books say it will.

99.99% of all autoimmune diseases worldwide have one thing in common, joint pain. Do you know why their joints all hurt? Because their lymph is inflamed. They have excess lymph production trying to remove poisons, toxins, and infections. The unfortunate part is the joints hurt so the people don't want to move, but the benefit would be to move, to walk, to speed walk, to swim, or get inside water to take off some gravity off your joints. If you're not moving, you can't pump the lymph, you can't detox, you can't heal as fast.

@rochal @interesting_aIl It does actually not smell, i have used one of those a couple of years ago at a cabin in the woods.. absolutely perfect when its minus 30 celcius and you dont need to empty anything outside. Only negative side was that urine needed to go in a bucket before poopoo.

@interesting_aIl If this doesn't smell, it's quite clever. It doesn't waste any water and doesn't require any piping or waste treatment. Just pure carbon is left.

Shallow breathing signals to our bodies that we are under stress. Your body knows that shallow upper chest breathing is part of the typical stress response. Breathe more for the diaphragm and lengthen your exhales. Relaxation automatically occurs.

I'm 43 and I have no friends. It's not that I chose not to have friends. I tried to fit in, but somehow I was always the one standing out. And I really didn't have friends for real, just people who knew me and I knew them and we were in contact because of where we lived, school or work. It's not like I didn't want friends. I do want friends. I would love to have friends with somewhat the same interests as me to bond with but there aren't any. No one tries to contact me unexpectedly, asking how I am doing, how I really feel or what's going on in my life for real. It's painful to admit, but it has been sitting in my head for a long time and I needed to speak it out.

The most effective BRAIN DETOX in the world is a DIY cream applied to the neck every night. It's so effective at opening up the detox pathways from the head and neck area that people even find their eyesight spontaneously improving. It helps a lot with anxiety, depression and sleep (so does mulungu from mygotostack). In fact it can help with any symptoms anywhere in the body because there is almost always a neurological component involved in all disease processes (the brain controls all tissues by direct neurological connections or via hormones). Researched and developed by my friend and colleague Hakim Shahbaz Ahmed, it's been used as an integral part of his individualized cancer protocols especially for those with brain cancers. It opens up the detox pathways allowing whatever needs to be expelled to make its way out of the brain. Proof is in the pudding, make it at home and try it to see what happens. docs.google.com/document/d/1Ed…

Air Fryer is the single most life-changing gadget purchase I've ever made. I can cook really good food now, really cheaply. I can eat really well now, without wasting money on delivery or takeout. I feel like the air fryer is what the microwave wishes it was.
