When it comes to pain start where it hurts then look everywhere else.
Something to try:: Check far away from your site of pain.
Why? Because most people won’t and the body is one piece.
Two examples: Feet hurt check the jaw. Jaw hurts check the feet.
Neck hurts check the hands.
Hands hurt check the neck.
You get the idea. Check remote places. Start playing.
