Same with mental illnesses. My OC with NPD has trouble making and maintaining friends because they talk incessantly and don't know how to ask questions rather than changing the topic. The flaws don't have to be edgy-dark but they do have to exist.

@nomoretired2023 Integrate them on a timeline of how pain has been treated and remember that surgery pain ia short term and acute pain. My chronic pain has been IMPOSSIBLE to get help with even with the opiate allergy.

@Nonyabuine31372 @MaskedHottiee The system doesn't make it hard at all, I told my dentist I'm allergic to opiates multiple times and the dental assistant plus had a mother saying the same thing And STILL got sent hom with 28 Percocet for fucking wisdom tooth surgery at the age of 16 It's harder to get beers
