6/29/47 Goodness. I guess in a few hours I’ll turn 76! I’ve been clean and #sober nearly 29 years but now I’m fighting another disease, #Parkinson’s. I pray I stay strong no matter how dark it can feel at times and be of service to those who like myself, can feel hopeless. ❤️RL

Realizing the cases of water we use in a month just us, how big the pile is for each home. Then how big a pile would be for a month, year, decade. Growing up we had a barrel for glass, a burn barrel. We had paper bags at stores. And reused them I have not done my part. Yet.

My resolution is to reduce the amount of plastic I add to this problem. I think if everyone did just a little something to help the oceans and land it must show even a small benefit 🤔 😁 #plasticfree #reduceplastic #ocean
