The sheer incompetence is unbelievable. After 10 days of waiting — and only after I reminded you of the tracking ID — all you did was repeat information that’s already available online. I asked for help speeding up the delivery, and your online support has proven to be completely appalling, unhelpful, and pointless.
Facts of the case:
- The parcel is still not delivered as you should have known from my message today that it wasnt delivered "yesterday"
- The parcel has been doing endless rounds in Imphal for over 2 weeks.
- We were told to come and collect it ourselves.
- When I went to the location provided, the parcel wasn’t even there.
- Tracking has now been falsely marked as delivered, seemingly to hide the issue.
- We may attempt to collect it again tomorrow, but even now the correct location is unclear.
This level of service is unacceptable. India Post must do better. Utter failure from management perspective in ensuring resources are available to deliver services
