I have been saying this for 10 years. Why are we so afraid to acknowledge obvious reality when it's right in front of our faces?

And God forbid I rewind or fast forward too close to a commercial break then you make me watch another 3 minutes of commercials. I am so pissed off with this app. When my current plan runs out I am not renewing unless you fix this.

Every single damn time. This has been going on for weeks now. I can't pause to go to the bathroom without losing my place and having to hunt for it all over again and watch 10 damn minutes of commercials needlessly.

This is so freaking annoying. Whenever I pause a program, my place is never saved. I have to go back to the beginning and fast forward until I find where I left off and then watch ads all over again.

People keep guessing but nobody gets it right. What’s your guess?

@Venmo I've been trying to sign up all night. I follow all the rules, I close the app, reboot my phone, no matter what I do I keep getting the same error message. "Something went wrong, try again." I have come to the conclusion that YOUR APP IS A PIECE OF CRAP!

@officialDannyT @PlutoTV The only thing brutal is the functionality of this app. I'd rather pay and not be subjected to six commercial blocks every hour, half of which interrupt dialogue in mid sentence. Oh, and if you occasionally need English subtitles, forget it with this app.

@hulu_support This interaction has confirmed my skepticism that customer service operations such as this are only intended to make it appear like efforts are being made. In the end nothing gets accomplished except my time is wasted and you draw a paycheck.

@hulu of all the streaming services I've ever paid for, Hulu has the worst functionality of all of them. If you rewind too close to commercials, it makes you watch them all over again. Or it freezes completely requiring you to reboot your entire system. FIX IT!

@hulu_support I don't see what my television model has to do with it but here you go. And I use an Amazon fire stick to stream.

@hulu_support I sent you two screenshots of all the error codes etc. I leave it in your hands.

@hulu_support My internet connection is fine, I have no issues with anything else I stream or watch on TV. And I can watch anything else on Hulu except for this one episode. It froze when I rewound it close to an ad break. I've made multiple attempts to play it and I rebooted the entire system

@hulu_support Here is the latest error message. For the record, the issues I have on Hulu, of which this is just one, I don't have on any other streaming service. So it has nothing to do with my platform or anything on my end. It's simply that you have a poorly designed system.
