I know what it’s like to be homeless and addicted to drugs now I am an advocate for positive change. Progressive policy is making everything progressively worse. Harm reduction is causing more harm. It’s not weakness to ask for help. Change takes strength. I know this because I survived, got help and cleaned up. Now I am successful, married, happy and working. My family and friends are happy for me too. When my house burnt down to the ground, I lost everything I ever had. Now I am helping others who are in the same exact position I was once in. Being an advocate isn’t always easy, and it’s certainly not cool or popular, in fact some people say I am weird and that I am wasting my time, but to me, these human beings are American Citizens, they are our Brothers and Sisters and I refuse to just walk on by and pretend as though everything is okay. I will not turn the other cheek or stick my nose up. Unlike local San Francisco Leaders, I actually care about the less fortunate. For years I have been helping the homeless by passing out food and and clothing as well as raising awareness about the dangers of fentanyl in San Francisco and across the country. Growing up in The San Francisco Bay Area Northern California, I personally witnessed our community go from being the cultural capital to the technology capital to what now unfortunately seems like the fentanyl capital. Fentanyl is NOT Family Friendly. Fentanyl is a form of chemical warfare on the American people. 4,000+ innocent American citizens of all races, religions and creeds have died from fentanyl in San Francisco between 2019 and 2024. This is an absolute humanitarian crisis. Corrupt far left Democrat San Francisco leaders have enabled chaos and death via fentanyl for financial gain through corrupt nonprofits and corrupt organizations who benefit from the suffering of the less fortunate on the streets Who turn around and support their campaigns come election season. Progressive policy is making everything progressively worse. Harm reduction is causing more harm. Unfortunately, the people of San Francisco will continue to vote for these corrupt far left Democrats even though our community is being destroyed and everybody is literally dying. London Breed is the worst mayor in the history of San Francisco. Gavin Newsom is the worst governor in the history of California. Joe Biden is the worst president in the history of the United States of America. We are witnessing a trifecta of chaos. This is the direct result of corruption on the local, state and federal level. Now, fentanyl is showing up on playgrounds and in schools. Fentanyl is a form of chemical warfare on the American People. It comes from China, Across The Southern Border. Right now, as we speak, the Mayor of San Francisco is in China. San Francisco would have been better off if President of China Xi visited. At least then our community would get cleaned up.

What three members of the Senate Public Safety Committee did with their forced amendments. -Excluded 16 and 17 yr olds (still a misdemeanor) to purchase them for sex. • Make the solicitation or purchase of children for sex punishable by a wobbler, which can still be charged as a misdemeanor, punishable by as little as 2 days in jail OR up to a $10,000 fine. • Can be charged as a felony ONLY if the child being purchased is 15 years old or younger, but still the buyer is ineligible for prison (jail time only) • If a buyer has a previous conviction of purchasing a child under 16 years old and is convicted on a second offense of buying child under 16 years old AND …. the victim and buyer are more than 10 years apart in age, the buyer would register as a tier one sex offender for (10-years). Why is protecting children in California from sexual predators is so incredibly difficult?
