Support gives only condescending platitudes without providing any real resolution like ensuring delivery of the order. What gives?

@SamsungIndia Disappointed with your quality. My Series 8 QA65Q80AAKLXL TV conked out just a few days after the warranty ended. Last year, the motherboard got changed in warranty. Now the panel has died. Replacement of panel cost is like buying a new TV. You just lost a customer.
