I am so incredibly proud of these students and my student ambassador helpers. Our drama class went on tour today to Steinbrenner HS to perform Aladdin!

@MrsLakesClass We did this a few weeks ago! Then today the kids were all in a fit today because the novel mentions a car that was a 2001 model! This was a fun activity! Made me feel old!

My Ss are learning about the 1990s as a way to prep to read "Hoot." I played a Spotify 90s mix. "MmmBop" by @hansonmusic came on, and so many said, "Oh, 90s music isn't bad! This is actually pretty good!" My work here is done.

Today we rang in the new year at our "Nacho" Average Back-to-School Potluck Fiesta! Arriba! We are ready for our students!
