Everything you give up for the sake of Allah, you will get something greater in return. That's not a feel-good saying. That's a guarantee.

During the marriage of Rosullullah and Khadijah, they both lived the life of “me and my baby” meaning Rosullullah never had another wife until Khadijah died even though the verse that permitted polygamy has been revealed before her death. The scholars of Islam explained to us that Rosullullah loved Khadijah so much that he willingly avoided polygamy so she won’t have to compete with any co-wife. May Allah be pleased with all of them and reunite us with them in paradise.

Just because Ramadan is over it doesn’t mean you should go back to your old self. Ramadan as a bootcamp to help you build new habits and break away from old sins. It wasn’t a one month vacation away from the life you’re currently unhappy with.
