Graduating from medical school today is just about as surreal as it gets. Been dreaming of this day since I was probably about 3 years old. And these odd-balls were there for every step (except @_gracegeorge who hopped on the bandwagon in ‘98) #family

Over the weekend, one of our Critical Care Teams provided a pre-hospital blood transfusion for a patient. This is the first time they have been used since we began carrying blood supplies last month in partnership with @NHSHarlow and Essex Blood Bikers #BloodOnBoard
