In response to our recent video showing a church with a 'kill auto-tune button' on their audio mixer, (see previous post) what are your thoughts on a church using auto tune to correct the worship team's pitch?

If you have panic attacks from a deregulated or sensitized nervous system please listen. I can’t stress this enough … I’ve been actually doing the work and it works. What is the work? Nothing. When you feel anxious do nothing about it. Go about your day. If you’re panicky and an anxious, don’t change your plans , GO anyhow. Welcome the uncomfortable feelings without reacting to them. Just live and keep living. Keep showing up and teaching your nervous system that there is nothing to fear. I have been panic attack free for almost 2 weeks and one of those days I drove 1.5 hours to work (drank a coffee which throws me into massive panic every single time ) and worked all day. Was I anxious? CODE RED !!!! I drank the coffee for this purpose. To be uncomfortable, and I was but I didn’t have a panic attack in my anxious feelings, I just accepted them and kept working. This is what healing looks like. Retraining your nervous system that through trauma and fear I trained to flip out any minor inconvenience or feeling in my body. Stop fighting it and stop catering to it. Just live and move and breathe. Trust The Lord that he has your days in the palm of his hands and all you have do is live for him… or you die and go to him (your panic attack won’t kill you though) and both of these options are wonderful!
