@RueLaLa I’m very disappointed in the service I received through your app. I’ve been a customer for years, and the last item I ordered arrived late as it was lost. Now I can’t return it. This does not seem right.

@RueLaLa charged and sent me a $3k bag bc I selected “still want it”. There was no notice, the package didn’t require signature and was hastily left unattended on my doorstep. now I can’t get custservice to respond. This is predatory business practice. Completely outrageous.

Holy shit has customer service completely vanished at @RueLaLa. Used to be a regular customer, seriously re-evaluating now. If you’re going to charge my card twice and it gets declined and you don’t communicate with me at all and the only reason I know about it is my bank, well.
