People calling Crimson Desert a MMO or an RPG or a JRPG have no idea what gernes really are. It's not entirely their fault since RPG mechanices have been shoehorned into everything. Crimsion Desert is Action Adventure. It's Witcher. It's Breath Of the Wild, It's Assassins Creed. I have no clue where people are getting MMO or RPG from it.
