Hi @RugDoctor please explain why you are denying service to non-UK nationals and only allow rental to people who have their address on their ID. I have settled status and proof of address but was denied service and told there is no way they’d ever rent it to me.

@sweetiepie54 That is definitely not the experience we want our customers to experience nor the staff. What store location did that happen at?

@RugDoctor is it OK for a member of your staff fill your unit and then dump the empty boxes under a checkout by customers so the poor shop staff have to dispose of them?? Clacton-on-sea store today.

@RugDoctor Also, the little grey floor rollers wouldn't even spin. Removed them cleaned them up. I don't really expect people to clean these, though. Rental shouldn't require a screwdriver.

@Albertsons @PalmDesertGov @RugDoctor The discrimination continues… Portable Spot Cleaner is advertised and rented for public use by RugDoctor at $29.97. Albertsons inflates the product to $79.97? $40 “cleaning fee” is not a corporate term of agreement for consumers renting 🤔

Rented tools that I was assured I needed but didn't and NO WAY to clean my carpets easily or efficiently. Heed my story of woe and do not rent from @Walmart and avoid @RugDoctor because it'll be a waste of money

So yesterday at @Walmart I got the bright idea after checking out to ask about their @RugDoctor machines. Went to service and was told it was designed for floors and the extra rentable handheld tools were ideal for cars, furniture, etc. Perfect! I rent the unit, and tools. BUT..

@asda İ hired a @RugDoctor from you. It was the dirtiest carpet cleaning machine I have ever seen in my life. It was filled with clay, garbage and soil inside and out. A system that will definitely pollute the carpet, let alone clean it. I do not accept that such ahuge amount+

@RugDoctor I’ve rented 2 units in a row now that don’t work! The brush doesn’t roll and the solution doesn’t dispense. Yes, I’ve called customer support, yes, I’m switching it to carpet mode, yes, I’m holding the soap and scrub button, yes, your products are garbage.

@InterstellarG0 Hello, We recommend not boiling the water as it can cause damage to not only the clean water tank but the machine as well. Hot tap water will get the job done.

@RugDoctor For the record - water was heated up on stove top just like the OG cleaners out there :)

Mission accomplished. 3 passes: (soap / odor elim), rinse & then just the @RugDoctor. Buttons and directions on the machine were gtg. Moved bedroom furniture moved, letting it air out now Struggle at first but then that carpet cleaner with classic rock became meditative. Will work on getting the rug replaced anyways. It was a good experience, I learned how to effectively and correctly use a carpet cleaner. See ya soon. 🙌🏼🫡🐜

@RugDoctor went to jewel foods and Home Depot today and both machines I rented were old, dirty and failed to spray or vacuum properly. I’ve been a loyal renter for over a decade, but today was the last time.

@RugDoctor frustrated after renting a rug doctor carpet cleaner machine and attachments plus cleaning solutions and to get home and find out it’s so filthy dirty that I had spend hours cleaning it myself first before I could even think of using it inside my home
