I see HIA at its worst again. Player not removed when clear brain injury. How can medics allow him to play on? Winning should not be at all costs!

And on and on it goes. Rugby medics still unaccountable 10 years after claiming ‘honest, we didn’t know consequences’. The lies are stacking up.

Rugby's legal case will hinge on whether it can be shown on balance of probability that bashing your head (brain) repeatedly can heighten risk of long-term neuro-degenerative problems and extent to which senior administrators knew this. So the causation "debate" is a sideshow.
