To bring you guys up to speed, one of the original Guntubers was arrested by the FBI because one of his videos on explosives was saved by a domestic terrorist. He's being charged with "distributing information related to manufacturing explosives" for basically just reading the anarchist cookbook or some other explosives book (which is legal to own) and showing the steps in a video on YouTube. He's also being charged with "possession of an unregistered destructive device" which could mean anything with how the government interprets intent on that given day (example, you could have a bunch of gunpowder because you reload and pipes because you weld or something and the government could say you have a destructive device because you COULD make a pipe bomb). All this while Jamal on the block goes on Instagram live with his face uncovered and a Glock with a switch while having 47 prior felonies where the judge let him off with a warning. Our two tiered justice system is broken and we need to do something about it before it crushes us one by one.

Dugans's bond was denied this morning in court, and he will spend the duration of the trial in federal custody. Among many reasons, some outright lies or at least omissions by the FBI, the closing reason by the female judge was "hate speech". Which is odd since that's not a legal category as far as I was aware. I got to sit in the courtroom with his wife and family during the process. The only words he spoke were "I love you" to his wife while being escorted out by US Marshalls. More to come.

I had the exact same experience with watching his rise and hopefully not fall.
Yeah I got a kick out of it a little bit but never watched his stream but just clips as they came across my TL.
I certainly had no interest in diverting funds that could go towards actual pro White activism and causes.
We tried to bring him into the fold and he hit us with the "fuck you I'm not actually racist some of my best friends are black" stuff.

A lot can be learned from ChudTheBuilder, he was once a regular American like all of us, he got radicalized because real life was hard and the internet gave him an outlet to become a victim. He played into it and the same people who can’t help him when he needs it most encouraged him to make choices that have put him in the need of their help, the lesson in all of this, the people that hyped Chud up will be spending time with their families this weekend while Chud considers if he wants to fight or attempt suicide. That’s the reality of all this, the internet is not real life, don’t let people on the internet convince you to forget what exists outside of it. Take care of your mental and don’t allow the same people that will move on once you’re gone trick you into leaving. Blacks and foreigners committing crime is seen as part of their nature. “They don’t know better.” “They are victims of circumstance or society.”
Whites who are charged with crimes are seen as society’s most deprived villains without any possible explanation or justification - they are simply evil.
From Austin Metcalf to Daniel Penny to Chud, any interaction with a black that isn’t submitting to them, the risk of being killed or thrown in prison looms.
In reality, the only pattern of systemic injustice is that at any time a black or foreigner can claim a white committed racism and therefore anything done after is justified. The courts and media all fully agree.
It doesn’t matter what Chud said or didn’t say, he’d be accused of it either way, like Henry Nowak was.
Finally, the point of free speech is to protect politically transgressive ideas. And attacking the idea that there is some sacred magical word or population by mocking it openly is a modern example of what is protected by design. You do not need legal protection for parroting state sponsored slogans and ideas — much to liberal chagrin with their fantasies of “resistance.”
This case has nearly every critical political issue we are dealing with wrapped into one insane event. If you were writing a fictional example to lay modern legal and political hypocrisies bare, you couldn’t do much better than the Chud case and the Nowak situation.

I've been thinking about it and it is an important case. The leftists will try to argue that the assault was "provoked."
But the law guarantees freedom of speech, including the freedom of saying the n-word.
The law doesn't guarantee a right to assault in response to words.
Therefore, the correct legal conclusion is that the Black man here should be found guilty of physical assault, and Chud The Builder should be found to have acted in self-defense.

There's a whole judiciary trend of forgiving violence due to skin color. Where does it begin? Does it begin at the judges giving lenient sentences? No.
It begins at the idea that certain things that White people may say are valid justifications for physical assault.
Consider this: How many thousands of White people could you call a Snollygoster in the street before you get assaulted? You might just spend your whole life doing it and not get assaulted once.
The example illustrates the issue: the concept that the n-word has a special status that justifies violence against Whites is exactly the racial double-standard already in application, before we even get to any trial.
Blacks are asking to be excused of the social contract of the equal application of the law at all levels, from free speech to sentencing, each level giving them a little more leeway to escalate violence against Whites.
