This is it. This is seriously my last time bringing this up, and after this I'm washing my hands of it. And it's a completely fair take, too. If you're mad about this, it's a you problem. 1. The dude that attacked him indeed FAFO'd. Fair is fair. 2. CTB shouldn't have put himself in this position in the first place knowing he's got a kid that loves him. I find it reckless. He's still free to say what he wants though. It is what it is. 3. Yes. From what I understand, Chud walked away from the initial confrontation. The black man then approached Chud, sucker punched him, put him in a headlock, and proceeded to try to take his firearm. It's almost like Chud planned this to expose the glaring disproportionate sentencing of White men, as Twitter has clearly pointed out that bail was set lower for black men in THE EXACT SAME COURT for a way more egregious crime. This effectively has done more to expose the double standard of racial sentencing, than Nick has done whining into his camera on his show in over 10 years.

This really does seem to be about as clear a case of self-defence as you could get. He didn't even initiate contact as he has in a lot of his viral encounters. If Chud doesn't walk it will be one of the great injustices of America's racialised legal system.
