A middle-aged market woman was found deàd earlier today in a bush by the roadside at Kumasi Anwomaso-High Tension in the Oforikrom Municipality of the Ashanti Region. According to reports gathered by EDHUB, the woman was a food vendor in the area and later switched to selling Gari at the market in Kumasi. Each day after closing from the market, she would visit her daughter, who operates a pharmacy, before heading home. Unfortunately, the woman did not show up at her daughter’s pharmacy yesterday. Concerned, her daughter made several phone calls throughout, but there was no response. This morning, some residents discovered the woman’s l!feless body in the bush by the roadside. The incident was reported to the Oduom Police Station. Police officers who visited the scene found her phone, an amount of GHS800, and some market-related items. There were no visible signs of assàult or !njury on the b0dy. The b0dy has been deposited at the Emena Hospital m0rtuary pending an autopsy and further investigation.
