What if half of today’s onion and chili post-harvest losses could be eliminated? NAEB is turning that vision into action through Smart Food Value Chain Management Project by constructing One National and Four Local Post-Harvest Centers dedicated to onions and chili. Strategically located in @CityofKigali , @RubavuDistrict , @rulindodistrict , @BugeseraDistr , and @NyagatareDistr ; these facilities will be curing 120 tons of onions and drying 79 tons of chili within 48 hours.
