Cuando fundé este proyecto en 2021, siempre tuve claro que el camino no sería fácil. Sabía que encontraríamos obstáculos, críticas y momentos en los que muchos dudarían. Pero hay algo que nunca debemos olvidar: el agua no tendría ese sonido tan mágico al recorrer un río si no fuera por las piedras en su camino. Es precisamente la resistencia la que crea la belleza. Lo que comenzó como una simple comunidad hoy está evolucionando hacia algo mucho más grande de lo que imaginé. Nunca pensé que tendríamos el privilegio de contar con un equipo tan extraordinario: profesionales con una trayectoria comprobada en el sector bancario, expertos con amplia experiencia en telecomunicaciones e incluso personas que actualmente ocupan posiciones de alto nivel dentro de Binance. Todavía no hemos alcanzado nuestras metas. Aún queda mucho por construir. Pero si algo tengo claro es que este equipo es garantía de compromiso, talento y una visión compartida para alcanzar el éxito. En ocasiones, para crecer hay que reinventarse por completo. Hay que sacudirse el polvo del camino y, sobre todo, alejar de nuestras vidas a las personas que solo traen malas vibras y frenan nuestro propósito. Quiero dar las gracias a todos los que dejaron de creer, a quienes nos criticaron, nos difamaron o decidieron marcharse antes de tiempo. Les deseo sinceramente lo mejor. Porque cada uno de ellos también formó parte de este proceso que nos hizo más fuertes.
