I've been quiet on social media about a huge work milestone, because after all of this I've simply not believed I'd be allowed to finish the job. But yesterday I locked my first episode of TV drama. Please excuse me whilst I go and have a little weep.

Three years study. Nine years work. Numerous night shifts, 6am starts, 2am finishes, 16 hour days. Multiple low/non-paid short films. Three iterations of burnout. Sexism. Rate suppression. Hours of work recut. 'We're just looking for someone with a little more experience'
