@infinityTRaider Definitely has a very special place in my heart, though I apologise for putting in too many enemies. I’d tone that down a bit on retrospect.

Although the date may not be correct, this week marks the 27th Anniversary of "Tomb Raider II Starring Lara Croft"! I think a lot of fans have a special attachment to TR2, is this also the case for you? Otherwise, what did you think of this more "urban" adventure?

@DarkRedshift @sonyponymark @em_dee_10 @MillennialMimi She was Lara Cruz for about the first year I was on the project, and then when it came time to record the script the decision was made she needed a more English sounding surname. Vicky got some from the phonebook and we had a little team vote, and Croft won.

@sonyponymark @em_dee_10 @MillennialMimi @Rummery I’ve seen they picked from that phone book yeah but I thought it was the method, not the reason. I wonder why Jeramy & Toby said otherwise in the dvd special features? Did they forget or were they just having a laugh?

'Tomb Raider' was released on the PlayStation 28 years ago today.

28 years ago, a legend was born. Happy birthday to the very first Tomb Raider game and to the entire franchise that followed! 🎉 Tomb Raider & Lara Croft united us, sometimes divided us, but one thing is sure, because we all have this in common as fans: WE ALL LOVE TOMB RAIDER!

@DarkRedshift TBH, TR1 Remastered is essentially what I wanted to do with TRAE - do an update of the old game to make it more pretty and work on new hardware with better controls. So for me that goal has been achieved, but maybe the fans will finish TRAE if there's an appetite for it.

@Rummery I hope they hire you, the old team & the RP team to resume work on and release your TRAE as DLC complete with Tomb IDE style level editing tools. The leak & Restoration Project is one thing but seeing you actually get to finish your baby would be heartwarming as hell. I love TRAE

OK I knew Aspyr were talking about doing this, and I know the fans have been trying to fix up AOD for twenty odd years, so it'll definitely be interesting to see how this turns out!
