Port Sunlight 10k done. Start is only a mile or so from my house. Good warm weather training for the Southport half & the Tour of Merseyside. Boosted by my favourite ice cream van being there and the staff remembered me (My🍦buys did pay for their holidays 😂) #ukrunchat
