Honestly, women overcomplicate working out.. a lot. After 15 years of coaching here are a few things to make note of ladies: 1. You don’t need a new workout every week. You need to repeat the same good ones. 2. You don’t need more time. You need a plan that fits your time.

Lake Manchester “streets” this morning… though calling them streets is generous 😆 Overgrown trail bashing a lot of the way. Half marathon done and only ticked off 3 streets. Street chasing isn’t always efficient… but it’s always fun.🌿🏃 #running #runeverystreet #Brisbane

Alright gym people and literally everyone else. I did something today that I am very proud of, not even my mother could ruin my day with this one. I DID MY FIRST UNASSISTED PULL-UP! No it wasn’t perfect or beautiful but I did it and was so excited I almost cried a little (but I didn’t) but I did jump around like an idiot.

Last year I suffered huge medical issues and operations a plenty, in august I started working with an excercise physiologist and was tested at being able to walk 60m. Today I participated in a 5km fun run and smashed it.

3000 Stairs done ✅ windy but beautiful day 🙂
