Delighted with today’s result at Lake Vyrnwy half marathon. 66 minutes dead and a big PB. Special to share the podium with a couple of great lads despite @fellrunningandy being invisible. @Lavender_Ali won the women’s race for a record 4th victory because she’s great ❤️
