@Tony_Villani_ @SHREDmillSpeed Thorton was always fast. Even in high school. Dont take away his GOD given abilities. Always had elite speed!

I used to use high speed treadmills (in 1999!!! 🤣). I was fast on them. Bc I was floating. NEVER used a curve. Hated the idea of promoting the "braking effect'" to accelerate and make belt move faster. Developed @SHREDmillSpeed to work on acceleration into top speed. Simple.

First time coaching cross country runners in 8 years and we are one stop from the state meet. May my freshman Survive and advance! 🤞🏾

Sacrificed the summer for this one. Although the season did not have the ending we worked for, God allowed for some pretty nice PR’s. Practice Makes Progress. Senior Year Loading.
