@Runningrathod26 Your pace is at different level all together😄. So your recovery for a week is well deserved! What I meant by recovery is that you will stop limping and feeling difficulties in even walking which many runners ( who hates lifting weights) feel for 2-3 days after a marathon.

If you are a marathoner and do moderately heavy squats and deadlifts once a week then I can guarantee you the following :- 1. Your running posture after 32 kms will remain proper. 2. You will overtake a lot of runners in last 10 km. 3. Recovery from a marathon in 12-24 hrs.

@keerthisiddeshw Me too keerthi never understood the myth of high mileage if i can do sub3 with 75/85km weekly mileage why one have to do 110/120km everyone want to improve and enjoy their journey its individual choice and it vary always 🤪🙌🙏
