Now we completely understand exactly why Anthropic assembled a massive public relations teams and tech influencers to aggressively hype "Fable 5" to the public as an all-powerful, omniscient, and structurally threatening AI overlord.
They marketed it as possessing superhuman capabilities to effortlessly hack through secure US defense infrastructure and bypass the most sophisticated military-grade firewalls and advanced security protocols with staggering, terrifying accuracy.
The real, highly calculated reason for this theater was obviously to rip ordinary people off on a massive, unprecedented scale. Just a few weeks ago, even US government officials(who are obviously working hand-in-glove with these Silicon Valley corporate cartels) conveniently pushed a highly publicized law to restrict, regulate, and ban Fable 5 from the general public, dramatizing the model and officially designating it as a supreme national security threat. When the drama was unfolding we even thought Anthropic had literally created a silicon God on earth.
What we tragically did not realize was that this entire regulatory drama was a massive, perfectly orchestrated marketing gimmick cooked up in Washington to successfully hoodwink the rest of humanity into emptying their bank accounts, paying premium subscription fees, and sacrificing their life savings just to secure exclusive access to this supposedly all-powerful AI chatbot.
But this grand illusion collapsed within just a few short hours after Chinese engineers unveiled Kimi, DeepSeek-V3, and Doubao-Pro. All of a sudden, these supposedly supernatural, military-grade AI chatbots that were being paraded by Western media as having the unmatched computing capacity of a massive supercomputer were instantly democratized, open-sourced, and made available to the public to access cheaply, reliably, and seamlessly for everyday premium users.
If anything, we desperately need to learn our lesson as a people and permanently stop listening to the lying politicians and corporate TV pundits in America. It is now blindingly obvious that their urgent press releases, national security warnings, and protective regulations are absolutely not based on objective analysis or a genuine desire to protect the good of humanity. Instead, they are strictly, shamelessly based on who writes the biggest lobbying checks for them.
It is now also as clear as the blue sky that China is the absolute, ultimate geopolitical equalizer. Without China in the picture, American corporate billionaires, Wall Street tech monopolies, and venture capitalists would be completely free to continue aggressively ripping off the public with total impunity. This is because they own the mainstream media houses to aggressively market their basic chatbots as an omniscient, all-seeing eye, while they simultaneously buy off federal regulators and lobby lawmakers to look the other way and continue to write glowing legislative reports praising this corporate plunder, artificial scarcity, and financial extortion.
