New academic year, new opportunities: At Fall Into Rush/Taste of RCSIP, #RushU students had the chance to explore various student organizations, affinity groups and community initiative programs and learn about all the different ways to get involved on campus.

@ Rush UNIVERSITY Hospital Chicago & worst experience ever. Sad cause usually great. Nurse forgot nausea meds checkin guy was rude also I arrived at 11pm it's now 745am &still in er waiting. I was dizzy, nausea, headach vomiting and a lot more sad day @RushUniversity @RushMedical

Students and their families recently celebrated the first-year @RushUHealthSci Cardiovascular Perfusion students receiving their white coats, in preparation for clinical rotations across the country.

Rush University recently held its 18th annual RU Caring Back to School Health Fair, partnering with @ChiPublicHealth for immunizations. Faculty and students provided physicals as well as hearing and vision exams for children.

Rush University’s Black Men in White Coats and SNMA student groups recently teamed up to provide free haircuts at Madison Street Barbers in East Garfield — as well as free blood pressure screenings and education on blood pressure monitoring, heart health and HPV vaccinations.
