Doctors get sued for medical negligence . How come these is no way of suing lawyers for legal negligence ? For example , when they fail to turn up for a hearing in the Court ?

Rajya Sabha Chairperson Dhankar feels the Supreme Court goofed up in coming up with the Basic Structure theory that it did in Keshavananda Bharati’s Case. He feels it was against democracy. I wonder what one particular Rajya Sabha member’s thoughts are on this ! 😜
