I returned an item that was wrong size to Bristol Cribbs Causeway and was told I would be emailed once correct size has entered store and ready for collection, No email received and now I have chased and the item has been been delivered....to Cardiff. Can this please be sorted

Returned item that was too small, had to give garment back, item.size required not in store, no receipt issued was advised I would get an email to confirm by end of business, no email received and no garment or proof it has been returned. What a joke

@LloydsBank Im a current account holder and need to try and find a transaction from my account which would have been around 2006 / 2007, can I obtain bank statements from that long ago. I need it in order to prove a transaction for a pending divorce. If so how do I request them
