A new month and a new win for us at Rust Undead. We are glad to announce we have received support from @SolanaFndn to build Rust Undead. We are excited to have the Solana Foundation on board and also appreciate the support we have received from the entire Solana ecosystem. We will soon release our official roadmap and plans for 2026. For now, we are locked in to deliver the best way to learn and master Solana - via interactive gameplay.

Build in the Open Series: Are we back? Okay, I’ve been inconsistent with this particular culture and honestly I need to bring it back. Building in the open is still one of the best ways to put yourself out there on Solana. You get real feedback, honest contributions, and actual wins in this ecosystem. It’s really the best lane to “fail fast and hard, or improve and scale” and it’s one of the most underrated ways to grow in this space. With that said, here’s a quick update on what I’ve been building: 1. Wrapped up a large part of @rust_undead Codex. We now have an in-browser IDE powered by Monaco + Sphere, along with battle mode and in-game assessments. This is the developer-focused side where you start from Rust basics and scale all the way into becoming a full-fledged Solana developer. It covers Rust deeply, Anchor, and everything around Solana development. We’re breaking everything into chapters where you solve code challenges, fix broken code, and complete full assessments per chapter. You also earn NFTs as achievements for completing them. You can also climb the Developer “Hall of Fame” leaderboard where we highlight the top player as the best new gen Solana developer. I want this to be properly battle tested, not just numbers but actual skill. It’s also where most of the gamified features live, leaderboards, quests, challenges, and multiplayer battles. This is the core of the game and it’s coming live very soon. 2. Started doubling down on content. More articles, more learning material, and just putting more out around the game. I’ll keep this short for now. I have more updates to share (including a new role building cool stuff 😁) but that's all for now. More updates as we go.
