@EliMcCann My dad was the neighborhood baby whisperer. He had these huge warm hands that would knock a baby out in minutes. I remember the exhausted neighbor bringing over her colicky baby over some nights.

The baby was being fussy and my mother in law said "hand him to me. My cuddling will knock him right out." He was asleep after 9 seconds with her. My husband said, "I'm not surprised. That could still work on me."

@ctrlaltcassie Yes. One is a mansion, with areas only I know how to access, and it's very haunted. Sometimes this is scary, sometimes not. The other area is a labrythine skyway like dt mpls filled with all things frustrating.

@rabiasquared @serial Even the storytelling was a mess by the end of Serial. Nearly everything she called out as crucial to the case didn't even happen. She was absolutely snowed by law enforcement. She questioned all the wrong things. She was so frustrating.

I lived South adjacent for my childhood (Florida) and grew up saying y'all. It's a gender inclusive plural pronoun. The shit I've gotten for using this term has been *astounding*. Still gonna use it.
