@GetYourGuide I am still awaiting your response here. The emails I receive keep telling me they want to give me a refund but can’t . The provider I believed I was booking through wasn’t the provider who offered the service, this provider had very low safety standards so I couldn’t not use them

@GetYourGuide I keep receiving generic email responses from @GetYourGuide that feel like they’ve been written by AI. They disregard customer safety & refuse to say what safety regulations are for providers, hiding the providers details & refusing refunds when the providers details are revealed

@GetYourGuide I booked a tour with you this morning to later be told it was being operated by a provider who have very poor safety standards. I have now been refused a refund, despite the bad reputation being hidden at the booking stage. Compromising customer safety over profit.
