Nothing says pastoral work like getting lunch last after managing the queue & getting all the random stuff left. I had beans, chips, gravy & a veggie pastry for Christmas lunch today!

My dad is ill, my brother called 111 at 10am. They said he needed a paramedic and would send an ambulance. It never came. I got back from London in my car this evening, I drove because I simply cannot rely on trains anymore in the UK. We are now in A&E. #12YearsofTory

We had one of our Year 7 students who joined us as a refugee from Afghanistan in October speak in assembly to a mixture of Year 7 students and their parents today. In my top 3 proudest moments of this term.
