@TTRadioOfficial I’m a deputy head and my head without hesitation said I could work 0.8, I also leave at 2.30 on a Friday to pick up my children. He knows I make up the time and I’m a lot happier.

I have workbooklets for AQA GCSE History (topics Elizabeth, Elizabeth Historic Environment and Health). I created them for 4 students who joined our school on this exam board (we do Edexcel) I don't want them to go to waste....if you would like a copy, let me know

I think the 'Four Quarters Marking' approach by @dylanwiliam is fantastic. I implemented this in two schools I worked at as HoD, it helped focus our feedback & supported consistency & workload too. Great blog by @C_Hendrick too chronotopeblog.com/2017/09/02/fou…

@pedoughty @EganCaitriona And mine, I used to go to work feeling completely exhausted, mine didn’t sleep at all, and still don’t that well. Your body just gets used to it, and I would go to bed at 7pm every now and again to just catch up a few hours. You will make it through, I promise!

@EganCaitriona I don’t mean this to sound unhelpful, you just will cope. God knows how, I have two sleep thieves, the first was awful! You just survive for a while until the fog clears. Have faith that it will! Try not to lie awake worrying about how tired you are going to be! 😁

Parent teachers help!!! First week back after maternity and I have averaged about 4-5 hours sleep a night. Little one is an awful sleep and not getting any better. I am absolutely wrecked and have no idea how I'll cope come September 😬 any top tips?!!
