I seriously dont get the hate for DLSS5. Even though DLSS5 does enhance the appearance to some extent, the result is still a much more natural look. I'm well aware of the argument that this alters the developers' style, but 1) everyone is free to disable DLSS, and 2) I hardly believe that visible improvements fundamentally change the atmosphere. So far, every image has been fine by me.

Did people just learn today that DLSS was Ai?

🚨 Everyone is hating on Nvidia's DLSS 5. I think they're all wrong. > DLSS 1 got destroyed.. It became the standard. > RTX got clowned.. It became the standard. > Ray tracing got mocked.. It became the standard. Every time Nvidia ships something new, gamers riot. Every time, two years later, they can't live without it.. 8,000 people liked a reply saying "this looks horrifically bad." The same people will pre-order the GPU that runs it.. Nvidia didn't become a $3 trillion company by listening to reply guys... They became one by being right before everyone else was ready. Hate it now. Beg for it later. That's the Nvidia cycle.

Everyone hates Phil Spencer but him leaving along with Sarah Bond officially marks the death of Xbox. Their replacements being a corporate bootlicker like Matt Booty and the head of Ai at Microsoft should paint a pretty obvious picture as to why they're being kicked out.
