@TravelGov For everyone who applied online. The only way it seems to get your passport is to contact your elected official. I read this on Reddit, did the same and all of the sudden it shipped.

@TravelGov I just found out that over 500,000 people who used the on-line renewal system have not been receiving their passports. Everyone needs to come together and file a class action. Everyone of us have been scammed!
