If you die without a plan...   - The government takes 40% in tax - Probate court costs $100k+ - Your kids get the scraps   If you love your family, here's every document you need to protect them:   (from a CPA & father of two) 1) Emergency Access List   This should include:   -> All bank account numbers -> Investment account logins -> Life insurance policies -> 401k/IRA beneficiaries -> Safe deposit box location -> Password manager master code   Keep a digital & physical version for safety...   And make sure your spouse has access. 2) Legal Documents   -> Will (name guardians for kids) -> Durable Power of Attorney -> Healthcare Power of Attorney -> Living Will/Healthcare Directive   Setting all of this up costs about $500...   ($1,500 with an attorney)   But without them, the state decides everything. 3) Money Protection   Your family will need time to mourn.   Make sure they can do it without going broke:   -> Term life insurance (10x income) -> Emergency fund (6-12 mo in a HYSA) -> Retirement accounts with spouse access 4) The "First 48 Hours" Sheet   Write down clear instructions for your family:   Call this attorney: [Name/Number] Call this CPA: [Name/Number] File life insurance claim here: [Details] Don't touch investments for 6 months All bills are on autopay from [Account]   Grief destroys decision making.   This protects them. 5) Business Owner Addition   If you have a business, set up:   -> Buy sell agreements -> Key person insurance -> Business succession plan -> Separate LLC owned by trust   If your company can't survive without you...   It's a 9-5 with extra steps. 6) Trust Setup   A proper trust can save your family $400k+ in probate costs.   But 90% of them are set up wrong:   -> Assets never get transferred in -> Beneficiaries aren't updated -> Pour-over will is missing   Here's how to fix that: "Bulletproof" Trust System:   1) Revocable Living Trust -> Avoids probate completely -> Keeps finances private -> Protects kids' inheritance   2) Pour-Over Will -> Catches forgotten assets   3) Guardian Designation -> Who raises your kids -> How they get paid Setting this up takes a weekend...   But ignoring it could cost your family everything.   So start before you're ready...   Because no one plans on dying.    Hope this helps!   Share with your spouse if you want to set this up...   And follow me for more 🤝🏻

This is tough one. I've written, deleted, rewritten, and then deleted a bunch of tweets for my guy @GBSHansO. Nothing seemed to do him justice. But here we go... Hans and I wanted to do a show together for a long time. And when we finally got it done, I knew it would be fun but never imagined we would string together 12 years. Just a couple of Idaho farm kids - one great at football, the other not so much - but just two dudes that wanted to work hard, share some laughs, and try to make every listener feel like they were part of the club. 12 years. 12 awesome, incredible years. It's been an absolute honor. Now go get that pie in you.

❤️❤️❤️ I’m stepping away from daily sports radio to join GBS Benefits. GBS Benefits is one of the top benefit firms in the country and I’m joining one of the strongest teams. Gordon Brown, Jeff Kluge and Christian Kunz have a combined 75 years experience in insurance. I’ll be the squeaky 4th wheel! I can’t wait to show my team off. There’s a growing need for innovation to help employers control rising costs in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, which ultimately helps employees save on premiums. My team is excited to work with business owners who want to be aggressive, creative, and strategic about lowering costs, implementing smarter pharmacy solutions, and improving overall coverage for their amazing employees. If you’re a business owner looking to improve, DM me. My team is ready to go. I’ll still be calling BYU games with the legend @gregwrubell and contributing on The Zone during the football season. I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited for what’s ahead. Thank you for 19 years of listening. Thanks to @ScottyGZone and @LloydColezone for 12 great years together. You’ve all blessed my life. Friday will be my final day on air.

I've been thinking a lot about Morgan Scalley's introductory press conference. To paraphrase, he specifically said, "I believe we can win a national championship here at the University of Utah, and it's gonna take all of us… and then some." The words ruminating most in my mind from that press conference (aside from being great fathers) are "it's gonna take all of us… and then some." Those words made us feel part of the team-quite literally as if we fans suit up with them each game and take the field. That made me think about Utah fandom and how we can pull our weight for these players, coaches, and everyone else involved. I don't know all the answers, but I thought about programs that have won national titles before us (besides BYU, because that didn't count) and how they got there. Thanks to the internet, and to summarize the obvious, research shows the blue-blood fanbases are massive. So to me, a key ingredient as fans is to become even more massive than we currently are. How exactly do we do that? There have been things happening recently that are not great for the fanbase. While it's okay to have differences in how we see things, one thing we all need to do is remain unified as Utes. Our energy bleeds into the locker room, and that blood must be a unified, loving family. We cannot be a dysfunctional family and bleed the right energy into that locker room. In order to grow into a massive, blue-blood-type fanbase and program, it doesn't end at just loving each other. It also means supporting each other. Like Morgan said, it's about serving others. Here on X, we can show support through engagement: like each other's stuff, retweet it, share it, come join spaces and make your voice heard. Be part of this family. Each fan has a voice and energy to offer the Utah Utes that pushes Wayshawn Parker that extra inch to extend a drive or fuels Lander Barton's intuition for a game-sealing interception in a miracle comeback. So love each other, support each other, and remember- even when it's hard to like someone or their stuff- that this is for Morgan, for Bud, and for Grandpa Ford. This is how "it's gonna take all of us… and then some" gets us to the higher heights Morgan is talking about and taking us to. Be there for the accounts that have few followers as much as the ones with large followings. The more we like, share, and get Ute voices into the atmosphere, the bigger, louder, and more inevitable we become to the Alabamas, Michigans, and Ohio States. Liking, sharing, and engaging in Ute fandom is not about any individual or their agenda, even though some will stand to benefit at different levels. It's about Utah athletics. It's about becoming inevitable. It's about becoming champions. Family on 3… Go Utes!!! #GoUtes P.s.- I love you P.s.s- it's ok to root for Oregon, Indiana, Michigan etc and be kind to those fanbases. Believe it or not, they can share, like, etc our stuff too which only helps build the word Ute. *AI was not used in the creation of this post. This is all from the ❤️ .

All you Utah fans that wanted to move on from Whitt without thinking of the repercussions, is this fun for you yet? That’s our best Defensive player. Don’t care if he’s injured. He’s a BEAST & will return strong. He’ll thrive at Michigan.

Utah EDGE John Henry Daley plans to enter the transfer portal, his reps @ThisisESM tell @on3. The 6-foot-4, 255-pound EDGE posted 48 total tackles, 11.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles in 2025. Will have two seasons of eligibility remaining and be fully recovered by the spring of 2026. Daley becomes the top defensive player in the portal. on3.com/news/utah-edge…

Unpopular take: I’d welcome Aaron Roderick back as Utah OC w/ open arms. What he’s done at BYU, w/ Freshman QB Bear Bachmeier is so impressive. Plus he seemed to out-coach Our OC Beck in this year’s Holy War game. So, why not? He’s grown a lot. A very quality OC. #GoUtes
