Exciting announcement! On 12/9 my wife and I experienced the greatest gift of becoming parents. Our baby girl Frances is healthy and happy and mom is recovering like a champ. I decided to take a break from this app to be more present as a Dad and re evaluate my plans for 2025. During my break I decided to focus most my content efforts on LinkedIn. I love X but find it personally more productive for my networking and friendly interactions. If you’re looking for more personal finance content please follow me on LinkedIn. While walking our dog a neighbor noticed my wife was pregnant. Neighbor: “Is this your first?” Us: “Yes!” Neighbor: “Welcome to hell! Haha just kidding… kind of…” Honestly the absolute worst. Why are people like this?

Got the green light for my new website this week… It will house 2 years’ worth of daily, 100% original content and anything going forward that’s worthy of an evergreen format. Working with a developer/designer to create something unique and on brand. Threads, Canva visuals, slide decks, custom financial tools and resources I’ve made over the last 12 years.

This tweet is directed at Millennial Dads who are working their tails off and go home every night to be a true 50/50 parent and give their partners and kids everything they have left. I see you. Keep grinding. Keep showing up.

I thought a few times about potentially dropping CFP for my display name on here I have no doubt that people see it, make a generalization, and then disregard my content or what I post because of it (just look at how popular some of the Anon accounts are on here spewing personal financial content) But at the end of the day, if I’m going to help carry the flag for high-caliber advisors all around the country and help change the public perception — I’m going to continue holding myself out as something that I’m very proud to be
