Happy International Women in Engineering Day! I co-hosted an event last week, and hearing other women's stories got me thinking about my own. My love for engineering and technology didn't come from a textbook. I was drawn to tech not for a love of math, but for its power to solve real problems. The internet practically raised me. Since using my first computer in kindergarten, it was my constant company. That access was everything. But a solitary journey isn't enough. We need passionate teachers and dedicated mentors to guide that raw curiosity. They are the ones who build the bridge from interest to impact. They are the ones who ensure the best people and ideas can thrive on merit. My challenge: Be a mentor. And tag women in tech doing cool stuff. I'll go first: @icreatelife - AI Educator

The Money Wise podcast by @thesamparr and his team at Hampton is a 10/10. IMO - Must listen for advisors but also for folks looking to learn about money from Ultra High Networth individuals. Anyone else a fan? What are your thoughts?
